Calibration Laboratory
In our Pressure, Balance and Volume rooms, we safeguard the reliability of your measurements with reference instruments traceable to international standards and certified engineers/specialists.
Traceable calibration for measurement reliability
Calibration is the process of establishing the relationship between the value indicated by a measuring instrument and a reference value traceable to international standards. Accurate, stable and reliable performance of medical and industrial measuring instruments is a fundamental requirement for correct diagnosis, safe treatment and quality production.
Operating since 1997, Dijital Teknoloji Servisi (DTS) works independently of brand and model, with a nationwide on-site service approach. Our calibration laboratory is structured into three separate rooms: Pressure, Balance and Volume.
- Reference instruments traceable to international standards
- Certified engineers and specialist staff
- Brand- and model-independent service
- Nationwide, on-site application on request
Three laboratory rooms, a defined scope
Each room operates with reference instruments and methods specific to its own measured quantity.
Pressure
Calibration of positive and negative pressure measuring devices and manometers.
- Positive / negative pressure gauge
- Manometer
- Traceable pressure reference standards
Balance
Calibration of non-automatic electronic balances; linearity and repeatability assessment.
- Non-automatic electronic balances
- Certified reference weights (class E/F)
- Linearity and repeatability checks
Volume
Volume calibration of piston pipettes using the gravimetric method.
- Piston pipette
- Gravimetric (weighing) based method
- Precision balance and ambient condition control
Measured quantity and device types
The scope below is for general information; please contact us for the current and official scope.
| Laboratory Room | Measured Quantity | Device / Sample Type |
|---|---|---|
| Pressure | Pressure | Positive-negative pressure gauge · Manometer |
| Balance | Mass | Non-automatic electronic balances |
| Volume | Volume | Piston pipette |
The calibration process in four steps
A transparent and traceable flow from request to certificate.
- 01
Request
You submit your device details and needs by completing the Calibration Request Form.
- 02
Sample / Device Intake
The device/sample is received, identified and checked for suitability and pre-conditions.
- 03
Measurement & Calibration
Measurements are performed with reference instruments while ambient conditions are recorded.
- 04
Certificate / Report
Results are evaluated; a calibration certificate is issued together with measurement uncertainty.
Traceability
Our reference instruments are traceable to international standards; measurement uncertainty is reported.
Expert Team
Certified engineers and specialists work according to defined methods and instructions.
Decision Rule
When a conformity statement is requested, evaluation is made per our decision rule instruction.
