This privacy notice is prepared by Dijital Teknoloji Servisi Ltd. Sti. ("DTS", "Company") to inform data subjects about how personal data obtained through our website and communication channels is processed, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("the Law") and related secondary legislation.
Our Company operates in the field of testing, inspection and calibration of medical devices. This notice primarily covers website visitors, individuals submitting our contact/quote forms, and representatives of healthcare institutions requesting our services.
2. Purposes of Processing
The personal data we collect is processed to receive, evaluate and respond to the requests you submit through our contact and quote/request forms, and to prepare and present offers regarding our services.
Your data may also be processed to carry out pre-contractual and contractual processes, to plan and follow up service delivery, to manage customer relations and satisfaction processes, to ensure information and transaction security, and to fulfil our legal obligations.
Your personal data is not used to send you commercial electronic messages without your explicit consent.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the conditions set out in Article 5 of the Law. Requests submitted through the contact form rely on the grounds of being "directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract" and "processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".
In certain cases, your data may also be processed where it is expressly provided for by law or where it is mandatory for our Company to fulfil a legal obligation. Where none of these grounds apply, processing is based on your explicit consent.
4. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected through the contact and feedback/suggestion forms on our website, e-mail, telephone calls and other electronic communication channels, by automated or non-automated means.

5. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes stated above and to the extent required by the service, your personal data may be transferred in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law to authorized public institutions within the scope of our legal obligations, and to our technical infrastructure/service providers bound by confidentiality (e.g. hosting and e-mail services).
As a principle, our Company does not transfer your personal data abroad. Where mandatory, transfers are carried out by fulfilling the conditions set out in the Law. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, taking into account the minimum periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. Contact data submitted for quote/request purposes that does not result in a contract is deleted, destroyed or anonymized within a reasonable period after the request is concluded.
Data required for the resolution of legal disputes and for obligations arising from legislation is kept for the duration of the applicable statute of limitations and retention periods.

- To request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request erasure/destruction within the conditions of the Law
- To request that correction/erasure be notified to third parties
- To object to a result against you arising from automated analysis
- To claim compensation for damage due to unlawful processing
9. How to Apply
To exercise the rights listed above, you may submit your requests, together with information verifying your identity, in writing to info@dijitalteknolojiservisi.com or to Ataturk Bulvari No:72/16, Ikitelli, Basaksehir / Istanbul, Turkiye.
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
This notice may be revised from time to time in line with changes in the relevant legislation and updates to our Company’s data processing practices. The current version is always published on this page.
